Why trades like it
Built to be installed, not figured out.
Most jobs get bid on fear: waste allowances, contingency for field problems, extra hands for the unknown. A SteelHaven job takes the unknowns out before you arrive.
You're responsible for installing what's shown. You're not responsible for design decisions or other trades' mistakes.

Defined scope
01You install what's on the drawings. Design calls, redesign, and coordination stay with SteelHaven.
Defined sequence
02Panels arrive labeled and are set in a set order, with clear hold points and sign-offs between phases.
No field framing
03No stick framing, no stud-by-stud assembly, no field fabrication. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing pathways are modeled ahead of time.
Faster days
04Smaller crews and shorter durations. Bid the reduced risk, not the contingency. Questions get answered before the bid, not after.

Walk through the PermaHaven™ install sequence and your scope with our construction team.

Try Out
Bid and install a defined scope on a SteelHaven home, with our field lead alongside.

Repeat work
Crews who deliver clean installs get the next one, and can move up to Lead Installer and Certified Trainer.
